Integrations
The outside services the portal and its pages call. One place for every key, what it is used for and what it is costing. Ours only, never shown to a client.
Emails
Every email the portal sends, shown exactly as it goes out: each one here is written by the same code that sends it. Ours only, never shown to a client.

Profit
Client campaigns and our own campaigns make money differently, so each has its own figures and they are never added together. Ours only, and not shown anywhere a client can see.
Client campaigns
What the campaign charged, less what was spent (on a commission or retainer, that is the commission or retainer), plus fees for work such as a setup or a build. Card fees are passed to the card processor, so they are not counted. Margin and per lead are the campaign's own, fees left out.
| Brand | Status | Model | Leads | Charged | Spent | Fees | Profit | Margin | Per lead |
|---|
Our own campaigns
Sales made, less what was spent. A sale counts on the day it was marked as a sale, not the day its lead arrived, so a new campaign reads as a loss until its sales close.
| Brand | Status | Leads | Sales | Sales value | Spent | Profit | Return on spend | Per lead | Per sale |
|---|
Tracking
Conversions are sent from the server, so nothing goes on the landing page and no ad blocker can stop them. The lead reference is used as the event ID, so a browser pixel firing the same event will not double count.
